FAQ #29: How do you calibrate probes using the Bode 100 and the J2120A line injector?

The simple method of calibrating the probes is to connect them both to the same signal and perform a thru calibration. Details on this are in the user manual. The 2 probes can be connected to ANY signal and do not need to be, but can be connected to the J2120A output. We generally use a BNC to test leads to connect the signal to the probes, but you can make this connection other ways.
